The “Zinvori Tun” (Soldier’s house) was equipped with modern medical equipment.

The “Zinvori Tun”, a unique rehabilitation center in Armenia and the region, purchased medical instruments and equipment to perform a number of operations with the support of the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation.

“The equipment acquired through the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation is considered the best. Thanks to it we are able to reduce the duration of the treatment operation and prevent a number of complications. Thanks to this grant program, the operating room of our center was equipped with 2 complex instruments, which will allow us to provide more effective treatment to our beneficiaries. The sets of maxillofacial and dental instruments, the laser device, acquired thanks to the grant, will provide an opportunity to solve a number of problems for boys with military disabilities,” said Mikayel Sahakyan, the Head Physician of “Zinvori Tun” Rehabilitation Center.

“The Foundation attaches importance to the programs aimed at the healthcare sector. With this program, we supported the “Zinvori Tun” Rehabilitation Center in acquiring modern equipment and instruments that will help the center’s beneficiaries. We are glad that we were able to become a part of this important initiative,” said Anna Gishyan, Director of the “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation.

The “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation was established by ACBA Bank, French Credit Agricole, Credit Agricole National Federation and the Gishyan family. The Foundation’s programs are aimed at strengthening Armenian-French relations, improving and perfecting Armenia’s socio-economic, scientific-educational, cultural and healthcare systems.

Since its establishment, the doctors and psychologists of the “Zinvori Tun” Rehabilitation Center have supported the treatment and rehabilitation of more than 7,000 servicemen, solving their social integration, educational, legal and employment issues completely free of charge.
