The students of the Mastara village school in Aragatsotn province will now be afforded with the opportunity to study French in a furnished classroom equipped with all the multimedia capabilities.
The French classroom at the Mastara secondary school was fully furnished and technically upgraded by “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation in collaboration with the “Armenian Foundation for Sustainable Development”.
The renovated classroom will allow students to overcome language barriers in a classroom equipped with modern conditions.
“We are happy to be at Mastara Secondary School today, where hundreds of students will now have the chance to study French in a renovated, new and digitized classroom, as well as in a classroom equipped with new literature brought from France,” said Anna Gishyan, Director of “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation.
“It is very important that French is taught in Armenian schools, and I am very happy that we are witnessing such a result again. I am truly impressed by such a level of French language proficiency. I am happy that we are implementing this program with “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation,” said Alen Tuhadyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the “Armenian Foundation for Sustainable Development”.
“Stepan Gishyan Charitable” Foundation was established by Acba bank, the French Credit Agricole, the Credit Agricole National Federation, and the Gishyan family. The Foundation's programs are aimed at strengthening Armenian-French ties, improving and perfecting Armenia's socio-economic, scientific-educational, cultural, and healthcare systems.
