Hakob Shahen Andreasyan was born on the 12th of November, 1962, in Meghri. Hakob Andreasyan started his banking career in January 23, 1995 in “Ardshinbank” becoming the manager of “Araks” branch. Since 09.09.2006 Hakob Andreasyan became the Chief deputy CEO of “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC. Since 04.28.2014 he is the CEO of “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC. Married, has two sons.

Styopa Robert Zakinyan was born on the 5th of December, 1976 in Berd, Tavush region. Styopa Zakinyan started his banking career in July 6, 2000 at ACBA Bank (currently ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK) “Armavir” branch as a Credit Officer. From January 1, 2010-January 1, 2014 was the head of Assets and Liabilities Management and Dealing Office, and from January 1, 2014-July 27, 2015 Department of International Relations and Asset and Liability Management. In July 27, 2015 Styopa Zakinyan took over the position of “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC Chief Financial Officer- Deputy CEO. Married, has a son and a daughter.

Philippe Alen Leonnard was born on the 2nd of February, 1974 in Paris (French Republic). From the 1st of October, 1997 until the 1st of September, 2002 has worked in the French FORTIS FRANCE company as a financial analyst. Later, from the 9th of September, 2002 to the 1st of February, 2006, Philippe Leonnard has worked in Credit Agricole Group as a responsible person in Intergration and branches department. Starting from the 1st of February, 2006 and up until now Philippe Leonnard has worked in Credit Agricole Stock Company. In particular, from the 1st of February, 2006 to the 1st of May, 2011 Philippe Leonnard has been the member of Integration and branches management, Financial research responsible, and from the 1st of May, 2011 until now he is the Deputy responsible of Integration and branches of Credit Agricole Stock company banking services international bank. From the 17th of November, 2011 until now Philippe Leonnard is a Board member of “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC. He is married, has a son and a daughter. Philippe Leonnarde was assigned as a member of the Board of Trustees in “STEPAN GISHYAN” charity foundation by its founder Credit Agricole National Federation.

Hrayr Aslanyan was born on the 17th of November, 1983 in Potsdam, Federal Republic of Germany. In 2005 Hrayr Aslanyan graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics. In 2008 he received a PhD degree in economics. Hrayr Aslanyan started his working career in 2007 in “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC as a Strategy development, analysis and assets and liabilities division specialist. In 2010 he took the position of senior dealer. From 2011-2013 he was the head of the Dealing division. In 2014 he was assigned as the manager of “AMUNDI_ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” funds. Hrayr Aslanyan is also the member of Board of directors in “ACBA LEASING” CO CJSC. Married, has a son.

Anna Vasiliy Gishyan was born on the 10th of October, 1984 in Alaverdi, Lori region.
She started her career on the 5th of March, 2008 by working at “ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” CJSC “Zeytun” branch as an assistant administrator. Holding the position until the 1st of January, 2009, she then was transferred to the Bank’s “Davitashen”, then “Alaverdi” branch. On January 21st she was assigned as the chief accountant of the same branch holding the position until the 6th of June, 2011.
