The class named after Charles Aznavour designed for the advanced study of the French language was officially opened at School N. 11 in Hrazdan.
The program has been implemented thanks to the collaboration between the French-Armenian Development and Stepan Gishyan Charitable Foundations. The French-Armenian Foundation is one of the five organizations recognized a winner of the grant program announced by the Stepan Gishyan Foundation this year.
“The pupils will learn French in this class for 2 hours on all the days of the week. Those, wishing to more deepen their knowledge, will have an opportunity to take extra courses on a free of charge basis. We did our utmost to create the best conditions for learning French. The class is equipped with modern equipments, literature was brought for the pupils from France. I am sure that here the children will study with greater pleasure”, pointed out by Anna Gishyan, the Director of the Stepan Gishyan Charitable Organization.
“The French-Armenian Foundation implements various francophone programs. I am very happy that this class has been opened. It will help the children improve French”, pointed out by Aren Tokhatyan, the President of the French-Armenian Development Foundation.
The “Stepan Gishyan” Charitable Foundation was founded in 2015 by ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, French Credit Agricole, Credit Agricole National Federation and the Gishyan Family.
